Tumbling I

Class Description:
Tumbling 1 (6 and up): A class designed to teach basic tumbling skills, strength, flexibility & conditioning. Students work on cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers and handsprings. Mastery of handspring is required for Tumbling 2 - 1 hour.

Tumbling II

Class Description:
Tumbling 2 (8 and up): Learn tumbling connections. Advance back tumbling and front tumbling skills. Continued gain of strength and flexibility. Utilize tumble road and trampoline- 1 hour.
