Tumble Tigers

Class Description:
Tumble Tigers (4-5 yrs.): Preschool – Kindergarten level instruction on all gymnastics equipment, including vault, bars, beam and floor. Use of trampoline. Tigers gain gymnastics skills and strength on all apparatus – 1 hour.

Tumbling I

Class Description:
Tumbling 1 (6 and up): A class designed to teach basic tumbling skills, strength, flexibility & conditioning. Students work on cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers and handsprings. Mastery of handspring is required for Tumbling 2 - 1 hour.

Class Description:

Sports Conditioning

Class Description:

Class Description:
Advanced Recreational Gymnastics (6 years & up): Gymnasts who have mastered Level 2 skills and above. Required class for those gymnasts wishing to compete on Southeastern’s Recreational Competitive Team- Minimum participation of 3 hours per week. Each class 1.5 hours.
